If you do THIS your body will stay young.

JUMPING!  Just jumping can decrease your risk of osteoporosis and fractures later in life.   According to a new study, all it takes is 10 jumps twice a day…but you can’t do them in a quickie row….you need to space them out. (about 30 seconds apart)

In between do an arm move – or take a deep breath and feel great.
