Weight Loss. Two words that everyone just loves to hear. I have been on my “weight loss” journey now for coming up on a year. I started last year just after my birthday and I have been working on it ever since. I have come to the conclusion that this is what I should be doing everyday…forever! Not that I am trying to get down to an unhealthy weight, but maybe that it’s that I become more aware of what I should be eating and what weight I SHOULD be healthy at! How about instead of calling it a “weight Loss Program”, we call it just plain being “healthy”. I know it’s a general term, but for the most part, it’s about being healthy.

So maybe this little video will help put things in perspective. I know it may seem silly, but really…burn more than you put in! Makes perfect sense!
