Last night’s  2014 Oscars had EVERYONE talking- and between Jennifer Lawrence tripping down the red carpet and John Travolta’s embarrassing name slip up… it was one memorable show. However, nothing compares to the touching moment Bill Murray had when he went off script and gave a special shout out to his late friend and collaborator Harold Ramis.

Murray had worked with Ramis during his classic hits like “Ghostbusters” and “Groundhog Day” and had not publicly addressed the passing of his good friend.  But what better way to keep your friends memory him to the list of “best cinematography” award.

After listing the stars in the category, Murray stated “We forgot one…Harold Ramis, for ‘Caddyshack,’ ‘Ghostbusters’ and ‘Groundhog Day.’”

Harold Ramis will certainly be missed.
