Should you work out with the sniffles.

Do a neck check.
If your symptoms are above the neck – (like a runny nose, headache or sore throat)- it’s probably okay to keep exercising as planned: it might actually make you feel better.
Scale back on the intensity to prevent exhaustion…your body is already feeling fatigued and run-down.

AND – be nice to fellow gym-rats – wipe down the equipment after use.

Is you symptoms are below the neck – body aches, chills, stomach issues, chest pain – or you have a fever…go ahead and skip your workout.
